Any and all images, clip art and graphics shown on The Tim Sexton Radio Show are the sole property of therein. Reproduction, re-hosting, e-mailing, forwarding of such items without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

Any and all media, video, audio recordings, sound bytes and other media taken, shot, video-graphed or photographed are sole property of 1360 WNJC Williamstown NJ & The Tim Sexton Radio Show. This includes e-mailing, forwarding, hot-linking, re-hosting of any media of  The Tim Sexton Radio Show. Any and all media used without express written consent from The Tim Sexton Radio Show is strictly prohibited.

Posting of any and all media on social networking websites, such as MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, BlogSpot, Blogger and other similar social media sites is also strictly prohibited without express written consent from therein.
